Welcome to AREA
American Real Estate Academy teaches Massachusetts state-approved real estate courses, and has helped thousands of real estate students pass the Massachusetts Real Estate exam. We offer real estate courses for the Salesperson Real Estate License and Broker License exams, as well as the Real Estate Continuing Education curriculum that is required by law in order to maintain Massachusetts real estate licenses.

Our Real Estate courses are offered at our school in Waltham, MA, conveniently located minutes from the Mass Pike and Route 95/128, and at locations throughout Massachusetts and New England.
Real Estate Courses Overview
Salesperson Courses – The Salesperson real estate license allows one to work under a real estate broker and take part in both residential or commercial real estate sales and rentals. Learn more about our salesperson courses if you’re interested in obtaining a Massachusetts real estate license.
Broker Courses – The real estate broker license identifies you as a real estate agent with at least one year of experience and allows you to open up your own real estate office and work for yourself.
Continuing Ed Courses – Massachusetts State law requires that real estate brokers and salespersons complete 12 hours of approved continuing education if they wish to maintain their real estate license on an active status. Real Estate Continuing Education is required to be done within 24 months before your real estate license renewal date. Real Estate Continuing Education Courses are available in classroom or online.
